  • 1/4 cup palm oil
  • 1 tbsp. Iru (Locust Beans)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 kg assorted meat (Shaki, Kpomo, Liver) – already cooked
    600 g cooked chicken
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 seasoning cube
  • Green tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. crayfish
  • 1 medium onion
  • Green bell pepper
  • Green habanero Pepper

METHOD

OFADA RICE:

  • Firstly, heat up water in a pot until it boils.
  • After that, rinse rice thoroughly with cold running water and then, add to pot of boiling water. Add salt and oil.
  • Lastly, cook for 35 minutes or until it’s ready.

How to Cook Ofada Stew or Sauce:

  1. Bring a kettle of water to a boil.
  2. Fill the pot with boiling water after giving the rice a thorough rinse under cold running water. Add the oil and salt.
  3. Cook until done, about 35 minutes.

How to prepare SAUCE, or OFADA stew:

  1. Combine the onion, peppers, and green tomatoes. Put in a pot and let it boil for fifteen minutes.
